Is PoliteMail easy to set-up, without IT help?: Yes. you can be up and running within minutes of downloading the software.

No IT involvement is necessary to get PoliteMail up and running. PoliteMail software doesn't require any changes or otherwise modify (or mess up!) your email server in any way. It doesn't overload your Outlook folders, even when you send to a list of thousands just one copy of the email message is stored in the outbox folder.
How does PoliteMail work?: PoliteMail is a software add-in that works within Microsoft Outlook.

Features like mailing list and contact management, 1 to 1 personalization, email template creation, response tracking and CAN-SPAM compliance are added to the Outlook interface as toolbars, buttons and information panels.

Unlike online email services, bulk and direct email is sent through your own authentic email server—Exchange or POP—reducing the risks of junk email delivery. You also have the option of sending through a PoliteMail mail server.

With PoliteMail Pro, you can share mailing lists, contacts, email content (like templates, links and attachments) and reports with other PoliteMail users on your account. This data is stored on a secure, centralized PoliteMail data server and automatically integrated into Outlook via any standard internet connection.

Can I turn off the powered by PoliteMail tag?: Yes. The free trial version always includes this tag, but with your paid version just go to the PoliteMail menu, select Setup & Preferences and uncheck the PoliteMail tag option box.

If you want to remove the PoliteMail logo from the default opt-out message, just select the log and delete it from the individual message, or use the set-up wizard CAN-SPAM page to select it, delete, and save the default.
Does PoliteMail work with Outlook Express?: No. PoliteMail only works with Microsoft Office Outlook for Windows. PoliteMail is compatible with Outlook 2000, Outlook XP, Office Outlook 2003 and Office Outlook 2007.
Can I send file attachments with PoliteMail?: Yes, with PoliteMail you can use file attachments in your email marketing messages. Because PoliteMail works within Outlook it supports all of the standard Outlook email features including file attachments.

PoliteMail also offers a Smart Attachment™ feature, which enables you to track attachments.
Can I send from multiple email addresses?: Yes. One user may send from any of their valid Outlook email addresses (profiles or accounts). To send for someone else, set-up the standard Outlook delegate privileges.
