Lists & Contact Management Questions

Do I need an Exchange Server to share my contact records?: No. PoliteMail enables contact sharing with or without an Exchange Server.
Can I integrate with other applications?: Yes. PoliteMail provides standard integration using Comma Separated Values (CSV) file import and export. PoliteMail easily integrates with Excel, ACT!, Quickbooks or any other application that can export CSV data files.
In a PoliteMail team, can everyone see all my contacts?: No. PoliteMail enables you to keep both private and shared contacts and lists.
Can I use my existing Outlook distribution list and contacts?: Yes. Simply put a distribution list or contact into your To: field, and PoliteMail will send 1 to 1 messages.
Can I keep my contacts updated in Outlook?: Yes. If you are using Outlook's contact manager, PoliteMail makes it easy to import your Outlook contacts. If you make changes in Outlook, just reimport. If you make updates to the contact details within PoliteMai, then click the Save to Outlook button to synch the data back to your Outlook contacts folder.
Does PoliteMail remove duplicates?: Yes. If you are importing lists or adding contacts, PoliteMail will remove duplicates based upon the email address, and give the option to update or replace data. When sending to multiple lists, PoliteMail will remove duplicates so only one email is sent.
