Pricing & Purchasing Questions

What are the primary differences between Standard and Pro?: Standard is a single user system, with fewer features and a maximum list send of 1,500 at a time. Standard supports up to 5,000 contacts in your list.

Pro is a multi-user ready system, with advanced features, higher performance, and a maximum list send of 25,000 at a time, with support for up to 50,000 contacts.
What does buying the PoliteMail server allow me to do?: With PoliteMail server, you essentially host the PoliteMail.Net system yourself, on your own hardware and bandwidth.

All the data stored by PoliteMail.Net will be under your control, secured behind your firewall. You can configure the Server to store the full contents of the email, and can send to list sizes limited only by your hardware and bandwidth.
Is my credit card information safe?: Yes. We do not store or save your credit card information within our system. It is held in memory temporarily, and sent over a secure connection to our payment authorization service, Authorize.net.
Can I purchase PoliteMail with a corporate purchase order and check?: Yes. Simply request an invoice to get the process started.

Your account will be activated when the check is received by our accounting department.
How much does it cost for a list of 1,500 names?: As an individual user, you would pay $99 for PoliteMail standard, plus services. Sending 1,500 twice a month equals 36,000 messages in a year plus you may have some additional sends over the year. If you purchased the 50,000 send credit package for $249, your total would be $348.00 for the first year.
My list is about 18,000 and growing, is PoliteMail a good fit?: Yes. You PoliteMail Pro enables lists of up to 50,000 contacts. To reduce service fees, consider purchasing your own PoliteMail Server.
