Select 1to1 with Tracking

To send PoliteMail, just check the 1to1 with Tracking option. When check, your message will be sent individually and tracked. When unchecked, you are sending regular Outlook email.

Add all your recipient's to the To: field

Simply type addresses in, use your existing Outlook distribution lists, or send to a PoliteMail mailing list you have imported or created.

Note: If you are sending to Exchange Aliases (e.g. sales-team@politemail.com) or Active Directory / Dynamic Distribution lists, you must have a PoliteMail Server Corporate Account for individualization and tracking to work properly on these types of lists.

Personalize your message

Make your list sends appear exactly as-if you have taken the time to send to each person, one at a time. You may also include other data (such as company, title, etc.) you have imported into a PoliteMail mailing list into your via using the personalization feature.

Select your From address

Send from any of your Outlook accounts (email addresses), on behalf of another person, or use the PoliteMail Account Setting to use a specific From address for your PoliteMail messages.

Send

Now simply click Send, and see you email go into your Outbox and get delivered to your recipients.

Note: For lists > 10,000 you may want to change your PoliteMail > Connection settings and Send Email Via your PoliteMail Server for faster email processing.
