Select your message

The messages tab is like your Sent Items folder for PoliteMail messages, simply double-click your message, campaign or list name to view the email metrics report.

Monitor your Key Performance Metrics

PoliteMail automatically calculates your key email metrics, including:

• Open Rate: Unique count of recipients who have displayed your email content
• Click Thru Rate: Unique count of recipient who have clicked at least one link
• Undeliverable: Percentage and count of addresses returned undeliverable with a hard bounce
• Opt-Out: Percentage and count of recipients of this message who elected to opt-out of your list
• Effective Rate: Ratio of recipients who definitely viewed your content and took the offered action

Drill down into the details

Click on any highlighted number within the report to drill down into the specifics for that metric, and you will see the list of the individual recipients within this segment.

Segment your audience based upon click behavior

Select the recipients, then add them to a mailing list(s), enabling you to segment your audience into lists based upon their click behavior. Now send more relevant, targeted information to them in the future.

Visualize your Results

Chart your email measurement results, and drill down into all the open and click activity, by date and time, down to the individual level.

Share your Results

Send from any of your Outlook accounts (email addresses), on behalf of another person, or use the PoliteMail Account Setting to use a specific From address for your PoliteMail messages.
