PoliteMail sends authentic, individualized messages to your recipients, right from your Outlook Outbox. So all your tracked email and list sends go out exactly the same as your regular Outlook email.

Note: For large list sends ( > 10,000), you may configure PoliteMail to send via the PoliteMail Server, which reduces the demands on your local Outlook program. This is useful in corporate accounts with large Active Directory (employee) lists, or for smaller businesses with mail server volume limitations.

See email history and interactions for each contact in your Inbox

As you scroll through your Outlook inbox, PoliteMail does a quick look-up and shows you any interaction history you have with that contact. So you can see what emails where sent when, what they clicked on, etc. You may instantly add/remove contacts from lists using the mailing lists tab of the PoliteMail contact panel.

Automatically manage undeliverables

PoliteMail will automatically remove undeliverables from your inbox, eliminating clutter and identifying those with hard bounces. PoliteMail will automatically remove hard bounce undeliverable addresses from your list(s) after multiple undeliverable attempts (you may modify this setting using PoliteMail > Account Settings.
