60-Day Software Guarantee and Refund Policy

PoliteMail Software is guaranteed to work, or your money back.

Your PoliteMail software is guaranteed for 60 days from the date of purchase.

All we require is you give our support team the opportunity to get it working for you. While most users will not encounter issues, our product is dependent upon the proper configuration of Outlook and your email connection—some users may encounter a conflict with other Outlook add-ins or issues with the quality of the list data being imported. Most often, when these issues are resolved, the product works as desired.

If we can not get the product to work for you, you may terminate your service account and receive a refund for the software.

Refund Policy

For software purchases, you may receive a full refund for the purchase price of the software within 60 days of the date of purchase. To receive your refund, you must supply a copy of the original electronic purchase receipt and your registration key along with your refund request.

For bundled software and send credit service packages, you may receive a refund for the purchase price of the initial bundle, minus a fee of USD$0.019 per message sent using the services.

Send credit package purchases (for pay-as-you-go service plans) are non refundable.

Monthly or annual subscription service plans are non-refundable. You may cancel the account at any time, and any automatic monthly or annual subscription renewals shall be discontinued as of the cancellation date.

Professional Service fees, including but not limited to set-up and installation fees, technical support packages, template design services, mailing services, and training services are non-refundable.

Updates, Upgrades and Exchanges

Updates to the software may include improvements, fixes and patches that are made from time to time. Upgrades are enhancements made to the software including new features, compatibility with new versions of Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Office, or integration with other software. Updates and upgrades are provided to you as part of our software assurance & maintenance programs or with your subscription service, otherwise they are provided for an additional fee.

You may upgrade or exchange one version of the software for another within 60 days from the date of original purchase for full credit of the software purchase towards the current price of desired version. This includes moving from an older version to a newer version, or when exchanging a Standard Version for Pro, etc.
