Technical Support Requests
Your PoliteMail software includes a one-click shortcut for your to request technical support.
Click the
request support button on the PoliteMail menu.
With this request the PoliteMail software will automatically include an error log and your registration information.
Technical Support personnel will contact you via email or phone with assistance.
Standard support hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm ET.
Training
PoliteMail offers a variety of training options, from self-help to 1to1 sessions. Select the option that suits you best.
Sign-up for free online training sessions. Each session is instruction led, and covers the basic operation of the software.
Get a dedicated account executive to walk you through your first mailing. You'll have someone online, by your side, to help you:
- Get acquainted with PoliteMail
- Import your list(s) and add contacts
- Build your customer email template - styled to model your website
- Check your mailing, and send it out
- Review email metrics when complete
