To test two different subject lines for a message, click the PoliteMail button on the send toolbar, then select A/B Split from the dropdown list.PoliteMail allows you to test the response rates of two different options, A or B, through A/B split run testing. You can use the split run to test different subject lines, message content, promotional offers, and more.
To test two different subject lines for a message, click the PoliteMail button on the send toolbar, then select A/B Split from the dropdown list.
This will open the A/B Subjects window.
Type one subject line in the top text box, and the other in the bottom text box.
Click the Done button when you are finished.
When you return to the message, both options will be displayed in the subject line.
Click Send to send the message.
To see the results of the test, choose Email Analytics & Reports from the PoliteMail main menu. This will open the Email Analytics & Reports main panel. Find the name of your A/B test message under Email Results ( if you don't see it, click "more" to see the list of all of your tracked messages). Click the name of your message to display the report (if you are in the full list of messages, click the icon to the left).
