PoliteMail Compose Panel

PoliteMail's Compose Panel provides access to contacts, mailing lists, and saved content. This panel can be hidden by clicking the flag icon on the PoliteMail toolbar.

The compose panel is divided into two sections, Contact and Content Library, and both can be minimized or maximized by clicking on their respective title headers.

The Contact Panel

Use the top contacts section of the compose panel to select recipients for an email message. You many place entire groups or lists into the "To:" fields by selecting that item's name. To place individual names, expand the folder view to a list of individuals, then click on the name or email address you want.

The Content Library Panel

Below the contacts panel is your content library panel. It displays all the email content shared within the system, as well as your own private content. You can reuse any content by expanding the appropriate content folder, and then clicking the name of the item you want to include in the message.
