PoliteMail allows you to send individual, group, and list messages from your authentic email address using Outlook and your local mail server. Your default mail server is usually your internet service provider ( ISP) via a POP3 connection, an Exchange Server on your local area network, or a remote Exchange Server.
Some mail servers, particularly POP3 accounts, may place a limit on the total amount of messages you can send. Outlook, for example, only allows you to send to 250 recipients at once. However, PoliteMail removes that limitation and processes all group and list messages so they are sent as unique, individually addressed messages.
If your POP3 account places a total daily limit on your account, and you want to send a list mailing larger than that daily limit, you may use the external PoliteMail server. While a message sent via the PoliteMail serve will go out in your name and with your valid email address, it will be less authentic because it is being sent via PoliteMail servers.
