In the Delivery Method selection box, choose PoliteMail Server. You can use the PoliteMail remote server to send specific messages or to send all of your email.

To set the PoliteMail server as your default:
From the main PoliteMail menu choose Setup & Preferences> Host Connection Settings. This will open the Options window.
In the Delivery Method selection box, choose PoliteMail Server.
Click the Apply button to save your choice.
Click the OK button to close the window.
Use the PoliteMail remote server for a specific message:
When you are ready to send a message, choose Send via Remote Server from the PoliteMail compose menu. Click the Send button from the Outlook toolbar to send the message. You may notice that this message does not go into your outbox before it is sent to each person in the "To;" however, you will find copies of each message in your Sent folder.
