This system allows you to combine your mailing lists in a number of ways, quickly, and without duplicating list members.
Combine two or more lists into an existing list:
Select the Mailing Lists button from the PoliteMail toolbar. This will display basic details for all of your mailing lists.
Select the check boxes next to the names of the mailing lists you wish to combine. Choose Combine Lists from the Action for Selected menu.
This will open the Select Destination List window. Select the name of the list you want to use from the dropdown menu. Click OK to save.

Combine two or more lists into a new list:
Select the Mailing Lists button from the PoliteMail toolbar. Select the New List button. This will open the New Mailing List window.
Enter the name for your new, combined list, choose whether it should be shared with other users or private, select yourself or someone else as the list owner, and then click Save.
Select the check boxes next to the names of the mailing lists you wish to combine. Choose Combine Lists from the Action for Selected menu.
This will open the Select Destination List window. Select the name of the list you want to use from the dropdown menu. Click OK to save the new combined list.
