From the PoliteMail main menu, select Setup & Preferences > Account Admin. Click the Logo & CAN-SPAM Footer tab. From the PoliteMail main menu, select Setup & Preferences > Account Admin. Click the Logo & CAN-SPAM Footer tab.
Use the dropdown menu to select the image from your Content Library. Use the Browse button to upload an image from your computer.
The image will appear in the upper left corner of a new email message when you use a signature (set in Outlook).
