How do I add a file attachment to the Content Library?

PoliteMail allows you to save trackable file attachments (Smart Attachments) in the Content Library for use in your email messages.

From the PoliteMail main menu, choose Import Content. Select Import File Attachment. This will open the Import Content/Smart Attachment window.

Click the Browse button to find the file on your computer or in your network.

To make this attachment available to other users, select "Share this;" if to keep it for your use only, select "Keep Private." Label the file and include a description to make it easier to find in the Content Library.

Click the Save button to finish.
