From the PoliteMail main menu, select Setup & Preferences > Account Admin. Click the Logo & CAN-SPAM Footer tab.
Use the dropdown menu to select the image from your Content Library. Use the Browse button to upload an image from your computer.
The image will appear in the upper left corner of a new email message when you use a signature (set in Outlook).

Open a new email message by choosing New from the Outlook toolbar.
Place your cursor at the top of your message. Find the name of the graphic you wish to use in the Graphics folder in the Content Library.
Click the "+" to display the list of graphics.
Click the name of the graphic you wish to use. It will appear in the body of your message.

To use a graphic or image from your computer, choose the graphic icon from the PoliteMail send toolbar. This will open the Import Content/Upload Graphic window.

Click the Browse button to find the graphic on your computer or in your network.
To make this graphic available to other users, select "Share this;" to keep the graphic for your use only, select "Keep Private."
Label the graphic and include a description to make it easier to find in the Content Library.
Click Save to place the graphic in your message and in the Content Library.
If you want to reuse this letterhead, save it as a template before you begin to compose your message. Click the Save button on the PoliteMail send toolbar to open the Save As.../Save Email Content As window.
Give the template an unique or descriptive name so you and others will be able to find it easily in the Content Library. Assign file categories, a product/interest tag, a target title tag, or a campaign.
Click Save to save the template in the Content Library.
Open a new email message by choosing New from the Outlook toolbar.

Check the Tracked 1:1 box on the PoliteMail send toolbar.

Enter the names and/or addresses of the primary recipients in the "To" field.
Enter the names of the other recipients in the "Cc" field.
If the recipients have been saved in the system, select them from the Compose panel on the right side of your screen. If the information panel is hidden, click the flag icon on the PoliteMail send toolbar to reveal it.
Compose your message.
To add personalization to your message, click the Personalize button on the PoliteMail send toolbar. Choose the field or fields you would like to use from the dropdown menu. You can change the appearance of these merge fields as you would any other text in your message.

Note: You will not be able to attach a file that is not saved in the Content Library to a tracked Cc message. The system will give you the choice of sending the tracked Cc message without the attachment, or importing the file to the Contact Library.
Click the Send button. Everyone in the "To" and "Cc" fields will see all of the message recipients.
You can monitor response details (who has opened and read your message, when, etc) in the Recent Response panel. Below is a basic guide to response types.For more information, see the Recent Response panel section of the System Overview.

Track the overall response rate of the message through Email Analytics & Reports. From the PoliteMail main menu choose Email Analytics & Reports to open the Email Analytics & Reports main panel. You'll see the five most recent messages you've sent (to report on an older message, click "more..." This will display the complete list of your tracked messages). To see more information, click the name of the message.
