From the PoliteMail menu choose Setup & Preferences > User Preferences.
This will open the User Preferences page, which allows you to change your profile, your preferences, and your account settings.
Click the My Preferences tab. If you want opening an email to count as a qualifying action, click the check box next to that option. To chance the parameters for qualifying actions, click inside the text box and type in the number you choose. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Apply button to save your changes.
