From the PoliteMail main menu choose Email Analytics & Reports. This will open the Email Analytics & Reports main panel, which displays results for subject lines as well as messages, lists, campaigns, links, and attachments.
The main panel provides a snapshot of your five most successful subject lines (to report on another subject, click "more..." This will display all of your subject lines). Click the subject name to see more detailed results, including response rate and interest level. The default report shows the overall effectiveness of that subject for all messages in which it was used. This is helpful if you use a particular subject line repeatedly (for example, "More Information").
You also can report on each individual message you have sent with that subject by choosing it from the Sends dropdown list .
The resulting report provides all of the information in the first report, and adds interaction details to show you who did (and did not) open/respond) to that specific message.
