From the PoliteMail menu choose Setup & Preferences > User Preferences.
This will open the User Preferences page, which allows you to change your profile, your preferences, and your account settings.
Click the My Preferences tab to see and edit your user preferences. On this page you can change your My Profile and Account settings.
