The Marketing Need

Though the websites that List and Shout created were highly regarded among those familiar with the service, the challenge became getting the message out to agents and brokers in an efficient way that would set the service apart and at the same time help build the list of active customers. Agliano understood she needed a tool that would allow her to communicate in a personal way with a large audience, many of whom she had interacted with at one of her speaking engagements or agent education classes. After trying several e-newsletter services and finding the process cumbersome and the reporting ineffective, Agliana sought out software with less financial investment and a lower learning curve.
