2. Select your PoliteMail Server option

The PoliteMail Server collects the individualized tracking data 24/7, performs the automated out-in and opt-out functions, provides the mailing list and content management features, and produces the email metrics reports—feeding data back to Outlook. Our shared cloud-hosted servers are utilized via our send credit system, and you may choose from our subscription or pre-paid models. Send credits, like stamps, are consumed one per recipient per tracked email message. No credits are used for your regular Outlook email.
