Upgrade from PoliteMail version 2 to the new version 3 software

Existing PoliteMail users can keep their existing send credits and upgrade their PoliteMail for Outlook software license and server account to the new PoliteMail v3 system. Note: Upgrading from PoliteMail v2 to v3 is required to gain Outlook 2010 compatibility.

PoliteMail Server Credits Subscriptions

If you send to your list(s) at least once a month, the monthly send credit subscription is the most cost-effective hosted server option. Each month you get a fresh supply of send credits (unused send-credits do not roll-over). Think of send credits like postage stamps, which are consumed one per recipient per tracked PoliteMail message.

Pay-As-You-Go Server Credits

If you send to your list(s) less than once a month, the pay-as-you-go send credits option may be more cost-effective for you. You purchase a supply of send credits which, like stamps, are consumed one per recipient per tracked email message. Unused credits do not expire each month and will roll-over for up to one year from the date of purchase.

PoliteMail Technical Support and Training

PoliteMail provides a variety of free, self-service support and training options including free standard email support and free weekly online training courses included with each PoliteMail for Outlook end-user license. Multi-license and corporate accounts may schedule a standard, group end-user training session. Additional and advanced live training is available for an additional fee. Subscription and Cloud-Server customers are automatically upgraded to priority email support. Premium support, including phone support and online meeting/screen-sharing support is available for an additional fee.
