Purchasers of PoliteMail are buying a software license with data services. Software upgrades are provided for an additional fee. Services are available for an additional fee. There is no refund for unutilized services when your account is terminated.
90-Day Guarantee
Your PoliteMail software is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase.
If you decide the product does not fit your needs and have sent less than the total send credits included with your initial software purchase, you may terminate your account, uninstall the software, and request a refund. If you send less than 100 tracked email messages using the software and services, we will refund 100% of the software purchase price. Otherwise, you will be refunded the amount of your software purchase price minus two cents per tracked email message you sent using the software (e.g. If you purchased PoliteMail Pro and sent 1,500 tracked email messages and then decided to cancel, your refund would equal your software purchase price minus $30.00).
If any spam complaints are received on your account, you immediately become ineligible for a refund.
Additional send credits purchases are non-refundable.
Updates, Upgrades and Exchanges
Updates to the software include fixes, patches, service packs and minor improvements that are made time to time. This are provided to your for free.
Ugrades are enhancements to the software including new features and compatibility with new versions of Microsoft Outlook. This are provided for an additional fee.
You may upgrade or exchange one version of the software to another within 90-days with full credit of your software purchase price towards the upgrade version price. This includes moving from an older to a newer version, or moving between version (e.g. from Standard to Pro).
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. All amended terms will automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on this web site, notice of specific changes made will remain on this web site for 30 days.
