PoliteMail Isn't One of Them

1. PoliteMail is software (not just an online subscription)

We provide software tools for Microsoft Outlook and Exchange. Our PoliteMail for Outlook client software adds the tracking tools and marketing features you want in Outlook and connects to the PoliteMail Server, which collects the tracking data 24/7. You don't have to log in to a website to send email or track results—it's all right in Outlook.

2. PoliteMail is personal (not just an email broadcast blaster)

PoliteMail sends individual, personalized email from your own Outbox, using your actual email address, not some shared mail server supporting thousands of customers sending who knows what. While users of online services see open rates in the 15-20% range, most PoliteMail for Outlook users see open rates in the 25-45% range. Plus, recipients can actually reply to the email (we'll track that and out-of-office replies too).

3. PoliteMail is corporate (and can be installed in-house)

PoliteMail software can be installed on-premise, behind your corporate firewall, and run by your IT staff. Or, for low to no IT involvement, you can choose our corporate, cloud hosted server option or our shared (low-cost) cloud host. With PoliteMail, you can send regular file attachments and put your corporate brand on your email, not the vendor's small business brand.

4. PoliteMail is integrated (for internal employee & partner communications)

With PoliteMail you can send and track email to your existing Outlook and Exchange Distribution lists, including Active Directory lists (requires PoliteMail Server), or lists you import. Only PoliteMail allows you to measure the results of your internal and corporate communications.

5. PoliteMail is flexible (choose who and how to send from)

With PoliteMail you can send from any of your Outlook accounts (email addresses), and when you need to send and measure email addressed as your boss, you can. PoliteMail also supports broadcast mailers by sending directly via Exchange or via a dedicated marketing mail server.

6. PoliteMail is nice (opt-in or opt-out anytime)

PoliteMail provides automated opt-out compliance management across all PoliteMail users within your account and supports import and export of suppression lists for use with other email systems. PoliteMail also provides automated opt-in and subscription tools managed right within Outlook.

7. PoliteMail is easy (as your regular Outlook email).

Unlike complicated corporate broadcasting tools, PoliteMail keeps things simple. If you can send email in Outlook, you can send PoliteMail. There are only a few new buttons to learn. In the end, it's just email.
